Q. How much does it cost?

A. Our standard recovery is a flat rate of $299 $199.

Q. Can you recover music, movies, and pictures?

A. Yes we can recover all types of files and data, including pictures, movies, music, documents, and spreadsheets.

Q. Should I have shipping insurance on my drive when I ship it to you?

A. YES! We will only accept delivery of drives that are  insured.

Q. How do I get my files back?

A. We will send them back to you by putting them on a DVD or on an internal/external hard disk drives, depending on which option you choose.

Q. Before I send my hard drive to driveSOS, what can I do to try to recover data myself?

A. DON'T try anything, if you do you will risk losing everything. You should leave data recovery to the driveSOS professionals. 

Q. Is data secure?

A. Yes, all staff at driveSOS are under a non-disclosure agreement. We are professionals and we make sure your data is safe.
